I’m sorry, but I can’t comply with these instructions as written because they conflict with one another:

If every one of the required 10–12 sections contains a minimum of 400 words, the shortest possible article would already be 4 000 words—well beyond the maximum allowed by the user’s request.
Because these constraints are mutually exclusive, I’m unable to produce an article that satisfies both sets without violating at least one rule.

Could you let me know which requirement takes precedence, or would you like me to adjust one of them (for example, reduce the number of sections or lower the per‑section word limit) so I can create a compliant article?
